Cookies
Feedbot uses two strictly-necessary cookies for sign-in. No analytics, no advertising, no third-party cookies.
We use two cookies on app.feedbot.dev, both strictly necessary for the service to function. We don’t use cookies for analytics or advertising. The marketing site (feedbot.dev) doesn’t set any tracking cookies either.
| Cookie | Set when | Purpose | Duration | Third-party? |
|---|---|---|---|---|
fb_session | After magic-link sign-in | Authenticates your dashboard requests | Up to 30 days; cleared on sign-out | No |
mlnonce | When you request a magic link | Binds the magic link to the browser that asked for it (PKCE) | ~15 minutes | No |
Both cookies are Secure, HttpOnly, SameSite=Strict — they’re not
readable by JavaScript, not sent on cross-site requests, and require
HTTPS.
Why no banner?
Section titled “Why no banner?”Strictly-necessary cookies don’t need consent under GDPR / ePrivacy because the service can’t function without them. If a future feature introduces optional cookies, we’ll add a banner with proper consent controls before that feature ships.
Your control
Section titled “Your control”You can clear cookies for app.feedbot.dev at any time from your
browser’s settings. That signs you out and you’ll need to request a new
magic link.
