Connecting a chat
Add the Feedbot bot to a Telegram group with a single deep link.
Connecting Telegram is a two-step process:
1. (Self-host only) Configure the bot once
Section titled “1. (Self-host only) Configure the bot once”In the dashboard’s Settings → Telegram bot, paste your token from @BotFather and the bot username. Hit Test to verify the token works. Save.
The cloud version is pre-configured.
2. Connect a chat to a project
Section titled “2. Connect a chat to a project”Open the project page and click + Connect chat. We generate a
single-use deep link of the form
https://t.me/<bot>?startgroup=link_<token>.
Click the link, pick a Telegram group, the bot joins, the chat appears in your Chats tab, and every message starts being classified.
