Data Processing Addendum
Template DPA for Feedbot Cloud customers who need a signed agreement covering GDPR Art. 28.
If your organisation requires a signed Data Processing Addendum to use app.feedbot.dev, request a copy via [email protected]. We’ll counter-sign within 5 business days.
The DPA covers:
- The role split: you are the controller; we are the processor.
- The categories of personal data processed (mirrors the Privacy Policy §2 table).
- Sub-processor list (Privacy Policy §5) — we’ll notify owners by email at least 14 days before adding a new sub-processor.
- Data return + deletion procedures: triggered by
Account & data → Delete workspacein the dashboard, with the retention windows in Privacy Policy §3. - Standard contractual clauses for any data transfer outside the EEA (today, only Stripe falls into this category for the billing data).

When you don’t need a DPA
Section titled “When you don’t need a DPA”If you’re self-hosting Feedbot, no DPA is needed: there’s no controller-processor relationship between you and us. The MIT license governs your use of the source code.
